The mobile number portability (MNP) will give mobile network customers
the freedom to switch to different networks without losing their
numbers as they will be able to maintain and use their old numbers on
any new network they migrate to. The National Communications Authority
(NCA) made this known at a workshop at the Coconut Groove Regency
Hotel, in Accra on 23rd Feb, 2010.
